Out-of-Network and Uninsured Treatment for Substance-Use:
First Month of Treatment:
Our fee structure for the first month is as follows: the initial appointment is $300, the second appointment is free, the third appointment is $200, and the fourth appointment is also free.
Ongoing Care:
Beginning in the second month, appointments are $200.
We accept credit cards, debit cards and money orders. Please note that we do not accept cash. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We take most insurance, including Medicare, TennCare/Medicaid and most Medicare Advantage plans
